1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Registration

To open an account with ybet, you must meet the following requirements. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Accounts created with false information may be suspended at any time and any associated balance may be forfeited.

Registration Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• You must have an active mobile number registered in your name.
• Each individual may register one account only.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Ybet may verify your identity after registration or before your first withdrawal. This process may require a copy of your National ID (NID), birth registration certificate, or passport. ybet reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is complete.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately. ybet is not liable for any loss resulting from third-party use of your account.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Financial transactions on ybet are processed through Bangladesh's major mobile banking platforms. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 BDT.
• A maximum daily deposit limit may apply.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits sent under a third party's name will not be accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is not completed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in the event of unusual account activity.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Ybet offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page. Reading the applicable terms and conditions before claiming any bonus is mandatory.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own specific wagering requirement.
• Bonus validity periods are generally between 7 and 30 days.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once unless the offer states otherwise.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• For a referral bonus, the referred person's first deposit must be confirmed.

Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.

5 Gaming Rules

All games on the ybet platform are powered by internationally certified software providers. Each game has its own set of rules, which should be read before play begins. Game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring complete fairness and impartiality.

• If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, the bet for that round may be voided or refunded.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is considered final.

• Lottery draw results are final and cannot be changed.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ybet platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended, associated winnings will be confiscated, and legal action may be taken where necessary.

• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in game software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Registering using a false identity or someone else's information.
• Playing or managing an account on behalf of a minor.
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other users on the platform.

7 Responsible Gaming

9 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your account at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to your registered mobile banking account.

Closed by ybet

• Balances may be forfeited if an account is closed due to rule violations.
• If an account is suspended for security reasons, a decision will be made once the investigation is complete.
• Accounts may be marked inactive after an extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).

10 Limitation of Liability

Ybet is not liable for any financial or other losses resulting from technical issues, internet outages, or third-party service failures. We always strive to maintain a high-quality service, but 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed.

• Bets cancelled due to technical errors will be refunded.
• Ybet is not responsible for games lost due to network issues.
• Ybet is not responsible for issues caused by the user's own device or connection.

11 Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24 to 72 hours.

• If a complaint is not resolved within 30 days of submission, formal action may be taken.
• In disputes regarding game outcomes, the game provider's logs will serve as the final evidence.
• Keep records of your transactions in case of any financial disputes.
